Position Overview The purpose of this position is to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials required for production or operations. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, components, and supplies necessary for manufacturing, construction, or other business needs. Main Responsibilities Continuous tracking of inventory (SAP) Sending forecasts to suppliers (Forecast) Creating purchase orders (PO) Maintaining continuous communication with suppliers, sending orders Monitoring sent orders, escalating when necessary Coordinating with other departments (logistics, production planning) Job Requirements & Qualification At least secondary level of qualification regarding to logistics Computer skills (Excel!) Conversational English proficiency Analytical thinking Good communication skills Additional Details Nice to have. Related degree.
