SAP MII Senior Consultannt

SAP MII Senior Consultant Porsche is growing its presence in México through its consulting company MHP, one of the leading management and IT consultancies for the automotive industry and a proven expert in other sectors, with more than 4,000 employees providing support to more than 300 customers worldwide from 19 locations. MHP Management and IT Consulting México just started operations in October with over thirty team members. The headquarter is in Guadalajara, where we are working in a modern office environment with a flexible hybrid model. Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled SAP MII/PCo Consultant to lead the design and implementation of SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) solutions. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation in manufacturing, integrating shop-floor systems, and delivering innovative solutions to optimize production processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SAP MII solutions, including integration with PCo (Plant Connectivity). Lead end-to-end SAP MII projects, from scoping and requirements gathering to testing, cutover, and support. Develop and customize SAP MII using SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, and related technologies. Integrate SAP MII with other SAP modules (PP, MM, PM, QM, ME) and shop-floor systems (SCADA, OPC UA, Historians). Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and proposal development. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership. Required Skills: 5 years of SAP MII project lifecycle experience. Strong expertise in SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and XPath. Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and manufacturing KPIs. Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with shop-floor systems (SCADA, Automation Control Systems, Historians). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel internationally. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Highly Desired Skills: Experience with OPC UA (tag and method-based). Knowledge of IoT projects in manufacturing. Understanding of SAP development (ABAP, RFCs, BAPIs). Preferred Skills: SAP PP or ME configuration experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
