Job Description
Role Overview : Creant Technologies is seeking an experienced Adobe Product Administrator to manage, support, and enhance the usage of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe ESign across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Adobe products, strong user support experience, and the ability to collaborate across IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and operation. Key Responsibilities : - Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe ESign applications across the organization. - Administer user accounts, license allocation, group policies, and access permissions for Adobe tools. - Provide technical support and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of Adobe Creative Suite applications. - Monitor system performance and usage of Adobe applications and generate usage analytics reports. - Implement and manage Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring proper tagging, versioning, and access control. - Collaborate with IT, design, and business teams to integrate Adobe tools with other enterprise systems and platforms. - Keep Adobe products updated and ensure compliance with licensing and security standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe tools, including connectivity, installation errors, and user access problems. - Create detailed documentation, SOPs, and user guides for Adobe tool administration and usage. - Maintain logs and reports for audits, software inventory, and license usage. Technical Skills Required : - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Adobe ESign / Adobe Acrobat Sign administration. - Experience in configuring and managing Adobe Admin Console. - Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools and processes. - Familiarity with Adobe licensing models, subscription management, and compliance. - Knowledge of SSO integrations, Active Directory, and enterprise-level software deployment. - Proficiency in creating technical documentation and reports. - Strong troubleshooting, support, and issue-resolution skills. - Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell or Bash) is a plus. - Experience working in hybrid environments and collaborating across global teams. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience in software administration, with at least 4 years specifically handling Adobe product administration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
