Montbleu Technologies - SAP PLM Technical Consultant

Job description : - 6 years design/implementation/consulting experience with SAP PLM/PDM with focus on (Material, BOM, Document, Change Master). - Minimum 1-2 end to end implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA on-premise starting from build and deploy of pilot templates, rollout of templates across regions and support experience. - Strong working experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration and support projects. - Plan and orchestrate required development activities aligned to the Architecture, through close supervision of technical delivery resources. - Collaborate and work with Customers, Architects, Business Teams, international development teams and software vendors for IT product delivery. - Adds value to Business Solutions and ensures adherence to best practices and standards by the team. - Responsible to meet the project deliverables as per the sprint plan and quality of the output; Manages all aspects of the development in all phases of SDLC to reach project success based on the project goal. - Should be able to understand the template design of existing solution and identify the gaps to enhance features and rollout related to country / region. - Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications and implementation concepts, to support project delivery and knowledge transfer. - Analytical skills on Solution architecture and provide solution recommendations. - Experience with SAP solution development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex SAP issues. - Good business process knowledge and consulting skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Structure approach to collaborate with team and stakeholders using JIRA and SolMan Skills : - Expertise in SAP Technical areas - SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, ABAP on HANA, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, Enhancements, Interface frameworks. - Programming in S/4 HANA, custom appl development using S/4 HANA artifacts, appl extensibility, experience in SAP RAP(ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model) - Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP BRF for integration of rules. - Good working experience as full stack Lead developer - Technically very strong in S/4 ABAP on HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori - Interface technologies API / REST / OData / WebService / RFC - Good knowledge on SAP Material master data process including creation, maintenance and migration. - Experience in leading application development in S/4 HANA landscape with solution manager(SolMan) process - Experience in software quality and optimization techniques. - Good understanding of SAP authorization Expectations : - Willingness to Learn&Lead, entrepreneurial mindset, creative, pro-active, independent, strong analytical skills, passionate, flexible, innovative, assertive, convincing, team player, reliable, willing to go the extra-mile when needed - Customer-oriented, team-oriented, target-oriented, challenging status quo, collaborative, analytical, structured, strategic qualification : : 6 Skills : SAP PLM Technical S4 HANA (ref:hirist.tech)
