Fire Alarm Engineer

Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry. We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority. My Client is currently looking for a Fire Alarm Engineer for a permanent position to carry out work in commercial properties covering Essex, East, South, and North London and surrounding areas. Duties will include: Senior Fire Alarm engineer role (service, fault finding, callouts, small works). AOV service and fault finding including actuators, roof vents and dampers Must be a strong fault finder on a large range of systems include large systems, must be able to fault find by themselves, and find solutions to issues. Able to wire and understand relay wiring and wiring inputs. Must understand and be able to program and test cause and effects on small and large complicated systems. Hours of work 8 am to 5pm generally but depends where you are working. Travel paid less 30 mins each way and lunch.
