As a head of mechanical, you will have: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and industry standards. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in mechanical services. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of facilities management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
