Sales Development Representative – Northampton Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of mobile video surveillance security systems. Their solution is predominantly used within the construction industry but they provide systems to a range of businesses. They are a multi-award winning & well-regarded organization within the security sector and have achieved consistent annual growth. As a result, they are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads across the construction sector as well as managing internal inquiries; with a first-class leadership team in place, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to grow & progress, alongside experiencing a superb company culture. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week based in their Northampton office alongside 2 days per week working from home. Responsibilities Identifying & qualifying new business opportunities through a variety of outreach Building long-term relationships with both new & existing clients Become an ambassador for the company’s product offering and outstanding customer service Become a point of contact for clients regarding product recommendations, company information and their orders Manage a range of inbound sales queries coming through the company website, social media, direct calls and email channels Organizing face-to-face meetings between customers and the field sales team The Successful Candidate 12 months telesales / new business experiences is ideal Previous experience within the construction industry is a plus Customer-facing experience is essential Commutable to Northampton three times per week Sales Development Representative Package Basic Salary: £26,000-28,000 OTE: £32,000-35,000 Private Healthcare Options Company Culture of Promoting from Within Hybrid Working
