Contract Manager – Drylining

Keep reading as we are currently working with a reputable drylining and ceiling subcontractor who are looking for a Contract Manager to run their projects in Essex. You will be based out of their office in Colchester and managing between three and five projects simultaneously and at various stages of the fit out. Our client covers a variety of projects which includes commercial, schools, care homes, residential and retail. With project sizes varying between £250K up to £2M. The Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects within the Essex area. You will ensure the projects are finished on time, in budget and finished to a high quality. Contract Managers will need to come from a background in drylining with a specialist subcontractor with a demonstrated loyal employment history. You will need to have excellent management skills and be able to deal with both the Site Teams and Main Contractor clients.
