Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team here at our Head Office in The Mailbox, Birmingham. In this role, you will work closely with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team to support compliance processes and documentation within our organisation. If you have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and the desire to contribute to an evolving compliance environment, we want to hear from you! What We'll Need You to Do: Assist in monitoring compliance of our Galleries and E-commerce teams with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and ensure any issues are promptly addressed. Provide guidance across our company with AML compliance queries. Conduct research to assist in client due diligence processes. Help document and maintain compliance procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes. Support the development and monitoring of compliance processes in other areas such as GDPR and Data Protection. Assist with the administration of our collaborative Project Management platform. Take on any additional ad-hoc duties as required. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of the team. Willingness to contribute to process improvements and adapt to changing requirements.
