The firm currently provides a reputable Private Client legal service including providing advice on Wills & Estate Administration, Trusts & Estate Planning and Tax & Powers of Attorney. It also specialises in a range of Court of Protection matters and related capacity issues. The ideal candidate for this particular opportunity will have 10 years previous Fee Earning experience.
