SEND Teaching Assistant – Provide One-to-One Support and Make a Lasting Impact Job Title SEND Teaching Assistant Salary £95 - £105 per day School Type Primary Location Pershore Area Hours Full-Time, Temporary Job Description We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Pershore area. In this role, you will work closely with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing one-to-one support and helping them access learning in a calm and structured environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide personalised one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs * Assist in delivering learning activities tailored to individual needs * Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and academic skills * Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement support strategies * Help maintain an inclusive and positive classroom environment Required Experience * Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting * Strong understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum * Proven one-to-one support experience * A calm, flexible, and patient approach to behaviour and learning support About Milestone Milestone Education is a committed Equal Opportunities Employer and will not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation.
