The Sous chef will deputise for the Head Chef ensuring service and food quality is maintained at all times. The Person The Junior Sous Chef will have: Previous experience as a Junior Sous chef in a similar setting rosette experience ideally and a fresh food background High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
