The Role: * Covering 4 sites, all supermarkets * PPM, servicing and repairs on Electrical and Mechanical Systems across the site including AHU's, Lighting and HVAC equipment. * Support other fabric tasks where required. * Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism. * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards of workmanship. * Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information. Qualifications and Experience: * Level 3 Electrical Qualification * Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems. * Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
