Sales and support agent

About the Role: You will be the first voice our clients hear. In this fast-paced support role, you'll take inbound enquiries across phone, email, and WhatsApp, guiding customers through our prepaid service options, converting leads, and helping them complete bookings. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide clear, friendly support Help customers understand service packages and complete online checkout Cross-sell and upsell services where appropriate Route non-standard or large enquiries to the right team internally Respond to client follow-ups and maintain positive customer experience Requirements: Background in customer service or sales, ideally within a services business Clear communicator with excellent phone and written skills Comfortable with digital tools and online booking platforms Confident, calm, and proactive under pressure Fast and confident on the phone with a strong desire to convert sales
