Data Analyst

Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire multiple Data Analysts in Paris as part of their growing R&D Accelerator team . This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) focused on supporting clinical research and product teams with robust data analysis and insight generation. Why Join? You’ll work on impactful tools like CleanShow , supporting physicians with real-time clinical data dashboards, and other products where AI, machine learning, and protocol optimisation are being built from scratch. What You’ll Do Perform exploratory data analysis , build features, and support data products from the ground up Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand their needs and turn raw data into clear insights Develop dashboards and data visualisations that drive decisions in clinical studies Ensure data quality, usability, and governance across platforms like Snowflake and Power BI ✅ Must-Haves 4 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles Strong SQL and practical Python experience Familiarity with data warehouse platforms (Snowflake preferred; BigQuery, Redshift, etc. acceptable) Experience building dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent tools) Proven ability to work with business stakeholders Nice-to-Haves Cloud experience (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure okay) Experience with clinical or healthcare data Familiarity with data governance tools and best practices
