Job Description

Treasury Senior Analyst POSITION PURPOSE The Treasury Sr. Analyst manage and analyze an organization, financial activity. They review financial transactions, examine cash flow, assess assets and liabilities, prepare treasury reports, and create financial forecasts and management strategies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Maintenance of representatives and signatories in banking institutions • Monthly monitoring of bank account inventory • Monitoring and control of payments • Accounting record • Administrative payments • Payments to suppliers • Preparation, control and monitoring of the company&39;s cash flow • Review of increases and improvements of the company •Buying and selling currencies • Investments • Dividends •Collection management • Preparation of updated accounts and deposits reports • Direct dealings with Banking Institutions • Record of income and expenses monitoring and managing cash flows to ensure there are sufficient funds in bank accounts to make payments in the appropriate currencies and making recommendations to limit currency exposure and reduce transaction costs. • Maintaining relationship with AAI Banking partner, ensuring all bank mandates are up to date and that AAI is confirming to all banking regulatory requirements Basic treasury controls: segregation of duties, approval matrix and representatives, bank account inventory, general banking procedures, cash flow control. Online banking management: Be familiar with the major banks in Mexico such as BBVA, JPMorgan, and Banorte. Knowledge of platforms in Latin America, knowledge of banking products, management of foreign exchange purchases and sales, and payment auditing are a plus. Multi-company profile management: Able to manage a pool of companies that are interrelated, whether legally or transactionally. Corporate agenda and calendar management: Maintain a calendar overview that allows you to identify and anticipate important issues for the daily activities of the area and that includes extraordinary issues related to operations and internal areas. Knowledge of real estate trusts is desirable. Soft skills: Fluent communication skills with the ability to pick up the phone and ask a question you're unfamiliar with. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (Including certification, licenses, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field. • A minimum of 2 years experience as a treasury analyst. • Experience with bank portals • Good computer skills with programs such as MS Excel, Access, and Power BI. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong financial and mathematic abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management and organizational abilities. • English- Medium to advance
