Architectural Division is looking for our next Commercial Manager in Monterrey. This position is responsible for providing supervision and management of Sherwin-Williams Sales Representatives, Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores, and Store personnel within a District, resulting in improved sales, expense and profit performance, reduced turnover, improved personnel development, and better service to wholesale customers. As a Commercial Manager, you will work with Sales Reps and Store Managers to improve the wholesale selling activities of each market, increase market share, assist them with day to day duties of their jobs like; sales calls, inventory, and customer service, while providing the necessary input to improve future organizational growth. You will also ensure that both Sales Reps and Store Managers are working together to improve the dynamic of the area they cover as a team. Finally, this role places you to oversee both the Sales Rep’s and Store Manager’s profit and loss report which is measured monthly and ultimately yearly. Requirements: Bachelor or master degree. Experience leading sales teams such as store managers or sales representatives like Commercial Branch Manager or Branch Sales Manager, leading strategy in sales units with proven sales and profit results, comparable to coating or construction companies. Experience creating strategy to align teams to sales goals. Experience in conducting outside sales calls to build new business and increase existing business. Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities. Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complains. Ability to manage human resources, including building a talented sales management staff, setting high standards of performance, coaching/training and developing employees. Leadership qualities, including ability to influence, prioritize, make decisions and take charge of complex activities. Track record of achieving sales and profit results and business development activities, including market penetration, sales development and competitive analysis. Broad and extensive knowledge of all market segments, products and applications. CRM Benefits above the law and annual bonus
