The Presales Engineer is the expert specialist in the Blip Platform and is responsible for analysing the feasibility of implementations and recommending the best way to apply the solutions proposed by their peer (Business Designer) to achieve the client's objectives. On a day-to-day basis, you will work alongside Business Designers, who will be responsible for taking user experience into account when designing the solution. You will need to work with them to find a balance between the ideal user journey and the most efficient and viable journey that can be built with Blip products. You will also be in contact with both our clients' technical teams and Blip's product development teams. The main responsibilities you will have are: Act as a technical consultant and specialist on the Blip platform. Conduct technical meetings and discussions about customer needs to propose efficient solutions. Create projects within the Blip platform from initial concept to demonstration. Guide customers towards the most optimised implementations, considering the technical details of the platform and Blip products. Work in collaboration with sales and CS teams to unlock and develop new opportunities, thoroughly understanding business objectives and industry trends Together with Business Design, help internal teams and customers design solutions to ensure the best use of the platform, respecting processes and best practices Generate functional diagrams of technical requirements Collaborate in defining use cases focused on solving user problems Evaluate the feasibility of conversational solutions What are the requirements? Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer engineering, web development or related field Basic knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, C#, Net Core, etc. Ability to communicate with technical and business audiences Experience in demonstrations and knowledge of technological trends in the sector Proficiency and experience in building REST APIs Experience in customer service Clear and effective communication between different areas Familiarity with agile methodologies Autonomy and self-management Holistic and analytical vision at the intersection of user, business and technology Appreciation of collaborative work and ability to adapt to feedback Experience in metrics-driven environments and data-driven decision making Proficiency in English - advanced Experience in systems architecture Desirable/a plus: Experience in Product Design, Service Design or UX Design Commercial experience Portfolio of projects developed Artificial Intelligence: Ability to present AI concepts applicable to clients and use these functions in demonstration conversation flows.
