JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company’s offerings to customers, demonstrate Future’s full capabilities, and position value adds is essential. What the role involves: Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins. Understand customer needs deeply and formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value propositions, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales track record in electronics distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes with measurable achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, and capable of working under pressure with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
