Job Purpose The primary responsibility is to proactively develop business strategies across regions that drive profitable growth and increase market share through sales and demand creation. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to present Future’s value proposition and demonstrate our full capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in collaboration with regional teams to increase revenue and gross profit margins. Understand customer needs deeply and formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth; build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives, such as the Business Partner Programme, to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets by site, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments at each customer site. Provide responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Candidate Requirements Proven sales success within electronic distribution or related fields for at least five years; degree educated, preferably with technical or business background. Understanding of technical teams and successful achievement of design-in targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and achieve results. Self-motivated and team-oriented.
