Responsibilities include developing transformer projects based on customer specifications, collaborating with internal departments and suppliers, and engaging with international teams. How You’ll Make an Impact Perform mechanical design and prepare technical documents for power transformers using 3D tools. Prepare technical documents (drawings, specifications) for procurement and customer communication. Collaborate with other design groups within Engineering. Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality departments. Define the external layout of transformers considering customer needs, safety, and construction aspects. Work with Siemens engineering and R&D teams to support product improvements. Participate in internal projects to enhance design and engineering processes. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and 3D CAD tools. Aspirations to develop a technical career in a collaborative environment.
