Overview We are seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to join our HR department, reporting functionally to the Group Health & Safety Manager at InPost. This role involves coordinating activities related to health and safety at our warehouses, working closely with the Health & Safety consultant. Responsibilities include managing visits, training sessions, meetings, and documentation for health and safety plans, as well as creating and maintaining accurate activity reports. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage health & safety activities at work sites and warehouses. Collaborate with the Health & Safety consultant to ensure regulatory compliance. Organize medical visits, training courses, safety meetings, PPE management, and monitor deadlines. Collect and archive documents for health & safety plans. Update and improve safety procedures regularly. Conduct internal audits to verify compliance. Provide safety guidance and support to staff. Create and maintain reports related to safety activities. Assist in maintenance practices for warehouse assets, including fire safety systems. Support environmental management activities, including waste supervision and loading/unloading records. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or related fields preferred. At least 3 years experience as a Health & Safety Specialist, with expertise in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits. Thorough knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and related safety regulations. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel within Northern Italy; own car and valid driver’s license required. Based in Milan, available to work in the office 3 days a week. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Experience in the logistics sector. Certifications in health and safety at work.
