Who You Are: Our Sales Supervisors are empowered to achieve personal and store goals through coaching and leading their team to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience, both in store and virtually. They possess excellent communication skills, collaborate positively, and demonstrate speed, energy, and optimism. What You’ll Do: People Inspire, lead, and coach the store team, collaborating with the host store to foster a culture of performance and accountability. Support training and development of team members and onboarding new joiners. Sales and Service Lead the Jet Set Ambassadors to prioritize exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty and repeat business both in store and via Virtual Shopping. Ensure effective use of client communication tools and manage client database proactively to increase sales. Set and communicate sales goals and KPIs for the team. Operations Prioritize loss prevention by taking quick action on early indications of loss, collaborating with SM, ASM, and LPRM. Use communication platforms effectively and take relevant actions. You’ll Need to Have: Relevant retail experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in technology and leveraging it to enhance sales and customer experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude, demonstrating Speed, Energy, and Optimism. Knowledge of KPIs and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
