Fleet Operations Specialist

The selected resource will be responsible for managing operational programming, coordination, and control of services including: Restaurant services Economato Control of the company vehicle fleet All activities must comply with contractual conditions and company procedures. The role also involves ensuring compliance with signed contracts, monitoring KPIs and performance, overseeing the progress of management flows while respecting environmental and safety standards, and managing related penalties. The company considers candidates with a diploma or degree in scientific STEM fields, such as: Technical diploma or degree in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent Requirements include 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, specifically advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, a results-oriented approach, resilience, problem-solving skills, proactivity, innovation, creativity, team spirit, ambition, and accountability.
