The Business Development Manager will have ownership, responsibility, and management of the product within the region, driving the continued success of the business through significant business development and ensuring a commitment to the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day sales and operations of the load bank product within the region. Develop and strengthen trading relationships with current customers, manage and grow key accounts, and explore new sales channels to maximize growth opportunities. Create and implement an in-country sales plan. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies. Keep updated on sales channels and market trends. Collaborate on pricing policies and implement them effectively. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecast future trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related business discipline. Significant experience in business development or sales within engineering, manufacturing, technical, or capital equipment sectors.
