JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company’s offerings and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities is essential. What the role involves: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs and challenges, formulate regional strategies, and develop relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition with value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets to outperform industry and company growth projections. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales track record, resilient, and commercially astute, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes with proven design achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
