The successful candidate will maintain high standards of food, service, health & safety, ensure efficient and profitable restaurant operations, and oversee staff and resources, including legal compliance. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments like restaurants, hospitality, or food & beverage services Proven expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues Leadership and decision-making skills, focusing on team growth and development Strategic operational approach with financial management and business development knowledge Excellent communication skills for building relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff Deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, emphasizing quality and precision Multitasking and time-management skills with task prioritization Fluency in Italian and English required What will you work on? Ensure adherence to Nusr-Et’s service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth service and exceptional guest experiences Lead by example on the floor Front of House in service and operations Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability Ensure legal compliance and stay informed of relevant legal changes Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to build a skilled team Develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness Monitor guest satisfaction to maintain high standards Implement quality control, hygiene, and health & safety standards Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory to minimize waste and ensure efficiency Maintain communication with suppliers and meet deadlines Act as the liaison between the restaurant and senior management, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment J-18808-Ljbffr
