Position For a project with a client located in Belluno, we are seeking a Logistics Business Support Manager with a collaboration via P.IVA, available full-time. The project will last approximately 6 months . The resource will mainly work onsite at the client's distribution center, with a requirement of physical presence at least half of the working days in the Belluno area. Main Responsibilities Manage communication between the team, logistics stakeholders, and internal multichannel business Coordinate outbound volume planning and achieve shipping targets Organize regular review meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and monitor KPIs Implement and improve operational procedures Monitor service criticalities and manage corrective actions Allocate resources effectively, evaluating effort, benefits, and improvement opportunities Manage team growth through coaching and training Requirements Previous experience in logistics coordination and business support roles Excellent command of English Autonomy in work, deadline adherence, and maintaining high-quality standards Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Organizational skills in managing priorities and productivity Experience in managing team performance Analytical skills in managing human, financial, and operational resources Possession of a P.IVA or willingness to open one Availability to work onsite at least half of the days in Belluno Additional Information If you believe you are the ideal candidate and share our values, do not hesitate to send us your CV!
