Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager - Italy Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of chemical products, currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Italy region. The role is based in the Bergamo area and offers a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities: Lead local Sales & Operations Planning to align supply chain activities. Manage demand planning, supply forecasting, and production scheduling. Oversee logistics and distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Supervise warehousing operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction. Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in supply chain software. Strong analytical skills with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team development.
