Material Planner

Social Network Login/Join As Material Planner, you will ensure the performance of global and local suppliers in line with the requirements of the plants, aligning with plant strategy and central purchasing strategy. You will also plan and procure assigned materials, ensuring production teams receive punctual and efficient supply of components, in accordance with Purchasing and Material Management standards and procedures. Please note this is a temporary position. YOUR TASKS Analyze the situation of assigned materials and their procurement planning through management parameter definition (type of planning, lead time, minimum batch, safety stock, etc.) Monitor daily purchasing orders and relevant management parameters, defined and optimized with suppliers, uploaded into the procurement system Ensure the delivery of materials; participate in projects to improve service levels Check stock quantities to prevent shortages Support phase-in/phase-out management Monitor warehouse stocks, especially low rotation materials Conduct stock value analysis of warehouse materials Verify and manage suppliers' invoices ABOUT YOU Good influencing skills Team player Decision-making ability Technical University Degree 6 months to 2 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or logistics operations Knowledge of Lean Production principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in IT; knowledge of Access is a plus Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Customer Obsessed Trustworthy Bold Sustainable OUR BENEFITS Competitive compensation and benefits package Flexible hybrid work arrangements Opportunities for growth and skill development Continuous learning opportunities Multicultural environment J-18808-Ljbffr
