We are seeking a Restaurant Hostess for the spring/summer 2025 season to join our Restaurants' team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, comfortable with challenges, and committed to providing authentic and luxurious dining experiences with care, confidence, curiosity, and community. Key responsibilities include: Managing telephone reservations Welcoming customers upon arrival Escorting customers to their reserved tables Handling guest needs (e.g., checkroom service) Assisting with information requests Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants Excellent teamwork skills Determination to achieve goals Fluency in English at a professional level, preferably with additional language skills Ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure Additional qualities: Team-oriented mindset Drive to deliver high service standards by exceeding guest and colleague expectations Respectfulness and inclusiveness towards colleagues regardless of position or background Belmond and you: Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
