Retail Manager Estero

Position: Retail Director - International Markets Reporting directly to the Retail Director, the successful candidate will lead and develop the network of DOS across international territories. Key responsibilities include: Managing the team of Retail Area Managers operating in specific countries to ensure achievement of company objectives; Defining budgets and strategies to meet sales and margin targets in alignment with Retail Management; Analyzing and controlling sell-out performance and deviations from budget/forecast for stores; Implementing corrective actions to improve KPIs and maximize store profitability in accordance with corporate strategies; Participating in negotiations regarding store contractual conditions, new agreements, and renewals; Identifying, selecting, and proposing new store development opportunities, including economic simulations; Establishing effective relationships with key functions at headquarters (HR, buying, visual, marketing) to support retail growth; Ensuring all countries adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines set by headquarters. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within clothing brands operating in the same segment; Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic vision; Proven management skills in planning and organization, goal-oriented, and focused on results; Leadership qualities and ability to establish effective relationships both internally and externally; Strong motivation, passion, and alignment with corporate values; Fluent knowledge of English; Workplace: Carpi headquarters with frequent travel to assigned countries.
