Job Description

Job Title: IB Tutoring Coordinator TutorYou is an IB (International Baccalaureate) and IGCSE Tutoring and University Consulting company established in 2014, with students playing the main role. Our philosophy is based on 'Students Helping Students,' emphasizing peer-to-peer relationships and communication. Originally focused on IB tutoring, we now match top graduate tutors from prestigious universities worldwide with current students, offering tailored educational support. We have around 450 tutors, provide year-round tutoring, revision courses (Spring, Summer, Fall), and work closely with Italian and international schools. Since January 2017, we are a registered UCAS centre. We collaborate with approximately 120 universities, mainly from the UK, and organize workshops and Mini University Fairs in high schools to connect students with university representatives and tutors. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated IB Tutoring Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring high-quality tutoring services, and providing ongoing support for tutoring requests. The role requires prompt responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism in all client interactions. Minimum Requirements Experience in the international education sector Knowledge of international high school programmes (IB, IGCSEs) Knowledge of the international university system Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Italian and English Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer needs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor Preferred Skills Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Google Suite Relevant Bachelor's degree completed in English Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding Guide new customers through onboarding Collect and manage customer information to tailor services Inform customers about our services and policies Quality Assurance Monitor tutoring sessions to maintain high standards Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvement Collaborate with tutors to resolve service issues Customer Support Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist with scheduling and managing tutoring requests Provide solutions with kindness and professionalism Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships Proactively ensure ongoing satisfaction Administrative Duties Maintain accurate customer records in CRM Coordinate with internal teams How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing relevant experience to [emailprotected], or apply via LinkedIn.
