Junior Financial&Planning Analyst

Adecco Italia - Solbiate Olona, Italy Leading company in the chemical production sector, based in Solbiate Olona (VA), is seeking a Junior Financial & Planning Analyst to expand its finance team. Main Responsibilities: Support activities related to closing processes, including inventory reserves, updating key statistics, and other adjustments to accurately reflect costs and allocations. Assist in reporting and analysis for relevant countries for various purposes: Site management team reviews Production cost reports Investment expenditure reports Documentation for auditors Other corporate meetings Support in budget planning and forecasting for production functions: Validate financial aspects of productivity projects Ensure proper financial planning Analyze costs/assets and verify accuracy in income statements and balance sheets of assigned entities Knowledge, Education, Skills, and Qualifications: Master's degree in Economics and Administration (or similar) 1-5 years of experience in similar roles Fluent in English Advanced Excel modeling skills Ability to analyze and summarize complex data Strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude in process and tool improvements Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Good interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders Willingness to travel frequently (up to 30% of working time) Work Schedule: Flexible hours with some international travel expected.
