Achieve sales targets Analyze sales reports and data to inform business strategies Motivate team members and ensure understanding of KPIs to improve performance Collaborate with the marketing team Maintain high-quality customer service Ensure effective communication with customers Resolve customer complaints and support sales advisers Operations Maintain shop presentation and organization Ensure payment procedures are followed Monitor store expenditure Manage staff schedules Oversee inventory and staff training on POS procedures Ensure the store is clean, organized, and merchandising guidelines are followed Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams for product assortment Identify and report defective products Communicate stock requirements Human Resources Participate in recruitment, training, and staff development Develop and monitor training programs Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback Assist in resolving HR issues Maintain professional image and brand standards Candidate Profile: Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager Experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising Fluent in English Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly Strong communication and organizational skills Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Join APM Monaco now!
