Inventory Control Trainer - Shift 404

How will you make an impact? The Inventory Control Trainer will conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes. The hours are as follows: Wed/Thu-Sat 6 pm-6 am – shift differential offered $500 Sign-On Bonus Offered for non-Jabil employees, paid out after you have been with Jabil for 90 days. What will you do? Handle and train employees on Inventory Control Monitor training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques. Apply knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. How will you get here? Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Training within an Inventory Control or Warehouse setting. Knowledge and understanding of computers and how they work. SAP experience is required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual skills are a plus! Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public. Problem-solving skills, including data collection, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions. Proficiency in operating Windows-based PCs and related software. Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
