Our Banking & Insurance division is seeking a: SENIOR PRESALES MANAGER Main Responsibilities: Sales Support: Support the sales team in understanding customer needs and providing appropriate technical solutions. Track customer processes, prepare presentations, and product demonstrations for potential customers in close contact with the product team. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to customers and the internal sales team. Ensure all team members are updated on the latest product features and improvements. Data Management: Supervise and manage company data related to customer performance, including CRM, customer statements, and key KPIs. Ensure data accuracy, currency, and accessibility for analysis and reporting. Reporting: Create and manage detailed reports to monitor key customer metrics. Use business intelligence tools to generate customized reports. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure efficient and coordinated workflows both locally and at the group level. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in the BI industry or finance solutions is a plus Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are required Additional language skills in Spanish are advantageous Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment J-18808-Ljbffr
