The Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Controller At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate Financial Planning & Analysis Controller to join the Finance Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. As part of the Finance Team, the candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company’s financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights, driving budgeting and forecasting accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making to achieve business objectives globally. Main Responsibilities: Support business departments with revenue trend and performance analysis Develop and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards Monitor overall production costs across channels, regions, products, warehousing, and stock Analyze spending and deliver monthly reports on cost variances, stock levels, and production efficiency; identify issues and variances vs. budget to implement corrective actions Participate in budget and forecast processes, focusing on channel marginality Contribute to monthly closing activities and periodic forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders Develop, implement, and maintain ERP tools and standardized processes to meet business needs Act as a proactive, trusted business partner by providing guidance, support, and actionable insights Develop the global pricing strategy and support the brand in achieving marginality targets Requirements: Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering At least 5 years of experience in Finance Advanced proficiency in Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent critical thinking abilities Fluency in English Our Shared Values At Stone Island, we are guided by our own compass, not conventions or trends.
