Store Manager Opportunity at Claire's About the Role Core responsibilities include sales and profit management, achieving store targets through driving sales. Deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain smooth store operations. Ensure the store is well merchandised and commercially correct. Lead the team by recruiting, training, managing, and developing staff to achieve results. Receive full training for ear piercing. About Claire's A leading high street fashion retailer with over 3000 stores globally. Specializes in fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics. Qualifications - About You High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years retail management experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Strong math and reading comprehension skills. Understanding of customer service importance. Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically. Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems.
