Qualifications - About You High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years retail management experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Strong math and reading comprehension skills. Understanding of customer service importance. Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically. Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems.
