Job Description: Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a Store Manager for a coffee shop at a retail outlet in Marghera (VE). The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the store, including: Order activities Staff management Shift scheduling (bi-weekly) Inventory management and stock control Daily operational activities Training and development of staff The ideal candidate should possess: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Experience in a similar role, preferably within retail environments Basic knowledge of coffee shop operations Availability to start almost immediately We offer direct employment with a permanent or fixed-term contract at level 4 of the CCNL for public establishments, 40 hours/week.
