Technical Support and Training Specialist HVAC, Legnago Carrier is seeking a Technical Support and Training Specialist HVAC based in Legnago, Italy. This full-time position within the Service Department involves ensuring the efficiency of technical assistance and training for HVAC products, analyzing training needs, and designing appropriate courses. Location: Via Ing Pilade Riello 5, Legnago, VR, Italy Contract Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide support to Technical Assistance Centers (CATs), defining effective assistance strategies and maintenance plans. Collect and analyze requests and complaints from authorized CATs, users, resellers, and installers, and propose suitable solutions promptly. Ensure ongoing technical training for CATs, agents, installers, and prescribers through courses and updates. Prepare, update, and distribute technical documentation and support software to ensure product maintenance and effective customer assistance. Coordinate with company functions to deliver comprehensive customer service and maintain high product quality and serviceability. Qualifications: Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Diploma in thermotechnics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering. Strong knowledge of thermodynamics principles and HVAC technologies, including boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, burners, chillers, refrigerants, and VRF systems. Proficiency in Office software and good command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of IoT devices is a plus. Personal Traits: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
