After Sales Technician Manager - North Italy

Verona, Italy Position: AFTER-SALES TECHNICIAN MANAGER The role of the After-Sales Technician Manager is crucial in ensuring the monitoring and execution of daily activities of VELUX after-sales technicians, optimizing the management of the assigned geographical area. Responsibilities include: Supervising the team of technicians to ensure effective daily interventions with clients and supporting them to optimize productivity, including regular field training. Acting as the main link between the headquarters and technicians to facilitate smooth and efficient communication. Ensuring collaboration and communication among technicians and other key figures in the territory (sales force, professional installers, architects). Monitoring compliance with company procedures and safety regulations. Providing timely feedback to the supervisor and proposing process improvements for continuous enhancement. Collaborating with sales colleagues on joint activities. Required skills and qualifications: Leadership and team supervision capabilities. Ability to interpret data and conduct performance analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex conversations. Empathy, reliability, and customer service orientation. Proficiency in IT tools. Intermediate level of English proficiency, both written and spoken. Preferably, previous experience in after-sales technical support.
