The Role: Omnichannel Operations Coordinator At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate Omnichannel Operations professional to join the Retail Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. This role is pivotal in deploying Omnichannel Excellence initiatives, collaborating closely with key departments to ensure seamless integration of operational strategies across all retail projects. You will manage and oversee the consolidation of Store Operations, utilizing data-driven insights to drive business success, and facilitate communication and collaboration across departments. Engaging with regional teams, you will gain a comprehensive omnichannel perspective to influence decision-making across diverse markets. The Day-To-Day: Lead Project Management for Non-Merchandising Supply: Streamline distribution and control processes to ensure operational excellence. Drive Digital Transformation in Retail Stores: Integrate new technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Coordinate Retail Network Development: Facilitate seamless coordination across departments for new store openings. Enhance Global Store Database Monitoring: Improve the worldwide store database to enable strategic analysis. Gather and Develop Regional Insights: Analyze regional needs to support operational activities and foster continuous improvement. Optimize Retail Store Maintenance: Implement strategies to ensure retail environments operate at peak performance. Analyze Regional Inventory Performance: Monitor inventory results and develop targeted action plans to optimize stock turnover. Budget Definition and Expense Oversight: Define budgets and oversee expenses to ensure financial health. Key Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Experience in project management or sales roles within Fashion Retail/Hospitality, preferably in Luxury or Contemporary Retail Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude Trustworthy, flexible, proactive Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Our Shared Values At Stone Island, we are guided by our own compass, emphasizing relentless innovation and a unique culture rooted in our values.
