We are looking for a candidate for an important retail sector company. The candidate will be integrated into the IT Office, initially in a support role, performing the following activities: Design and implementation of reports and data analysis measures in collaboration with operational departments Management of complex projects impacting IT applications Design, verification, and execution of IT system testing procedures Risk analysis and identification of mitigation actions Data integration from systems to the Business Intelligence platform Management and control of procedures, software applications, and hardware resources The role also includes providing first-level hardware and software technical support to staff and coordinating service providers to resolve reported issues. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering or related fields Good proficiency in Excel and SQL Knowledge of at least one programming language Knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems Passion for the ICT sector Good command of the English language Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Proactivity and curiosity We offer: a fixed-term contract directly with the company, aimed at permanent employment.
