Who You Are You have proven experience, a growth mindset, and a focus on customer success. You are inclusive, collaborative, and eager to develop professionally. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 5 years developing and maintaining Enterprise Architectures 3-5 years as an Enterprise Architect in sectors like Banking, Financial Services, Industrial, Retail, Government, or Travel & Transportation 10 years developing, integrating, and maintaining comprehensive IT architectures Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, others) Experience with Industry and Business Capability Models Proven success in designing and implementing complex IT systems across domains Experience establishing architecture governance Familiarity with consulting methods (Issue-Based Consulting, SWOT analysis) Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Track record of delivering large-scale technology projects Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Master's degree in relevant fields Relevant industry certifications (TOGAF, OpenGroup Certified Architect, Hyperscaler) Experience with EA tools (Alfabet, LeanIX, others) Experience with Business Architecture and/or Business Capability Models Experience with hyperscaler platforms We value diversity and inclusion, fostering a workplace where everyone can bring their whole self to work.
