Data Engineer (Bologna) - IT

Location: San Giovanni In Persiceto, Italy Role: Data Engineer Location: Bologna with the possibility of smart working Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Reporting solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with the development team to create scalable and efficient solutions in complex data analysis environments. Design and implement robust data architectures, optimizing performance and data management using SQL Server, Azure, and Power BI. Manage and develop advanced reporting solutions and data analysis, ensuring quality and reliability of information for business decisions. Participate in defining technical and functional requirements, working closely with business teams and stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards for BI and DWH solutions. Apply Agile methodology for project management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of BI solutions. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing BI, DWH, and Reporting solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, and Azure Kubernetes for managing scalable data environments. Experience in performance optimization of databases and managing large volumes of data. Experience with version control tools like Git. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
