Job Description
Customer Experience Specialist - Reggio Emilia, Italy Adecco Italia is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy. The selected candidate will: Oversee affiliated retail points (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops); Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers; Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app; Help customers make their first bet to access attractive bonuses. Requirements: Previous experience in promoting services or products; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities; Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday; Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage. We offer: A fixed-term contract of 66 months with prospects for long-term employment; Level V of the CCNL commercio, with 14 monthly payments; Full-time work (40 hours/week) on shifts from Monday to Saturday; Variable incentive bonuses; Meal vouchers worth €8; Initial and ongoing training.
