The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of store management, following specific directives and commercial guidelines from the sales structure. Key responsibilities include: Commercial Management: Ensuring presence and proper display of goods (layout, display, labels, prices, etc.); opening and closing the store; maintaining cleanliness, maintenance, and good store condition; managing orders to the warehouse to ensure optimal stock levels. Accounting and Administrative Management: Asset security (safe, cash register, receipts, merchandise, equipment, etc.); compliance with health and safety regulations regarding the handling and display of goods; preparation, filing, and preservation of accounting and fiscal documentation; compliance with fire prevention and safety regulations. Personnel Management: Supervising and organizing staff (distribution of workload, shifts, permits, and holidays); motivating and maintaining staff productivity. Requirements: Previous experience as a department head / deputy manager / store manager Background in GDO or retail sector Diploma Offer: Direct employment with the company; salary and classification will be commensurate with experience.
