JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company offering to the customer and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities is essential. What the roles involves: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional teams to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate strategies with regions and branches to foster growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition with Value-Added Solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high levels of customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales track record in electronics distribution over the past five years; educated to degree level, preferably with a technical or business background. Understanding of technical teams and design achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
