Job Description: We are currently looking for a Senior Client Advisor/MTM Specialist for an important menswear boutique in Milan. Responsibilities: Assist clients directly, following maison customer experience standards. Develop the Made-to-Measure (MTM) business for the assigned area according to corporate guidelines by consolidating existing client portfolios and building new commercial networks. Clienteling and Customer Service: Guarantee high-level customer service. Ensure impeccable management of the customer database and data quality. Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities. Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position. Customer-centric mindset, teamwork, and digital skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
